What you get for your money, what the measurements can and cannot tell you, and how to get a refund if we get it wrong.
What Flushd AI is
You upload a video of a golf swing. Software measures your body positions through the swing and produces a report: a free summary, and a full plan you can unlock for a one-off payment of $19.99 USD.
The measurements come from computer vision applied to a single camera. They are careful estimates, not laboratory capture, and the report says which figures it is confident about and which it is not. Read it as a well-informed second opinion, not as fact.
What it is not
This is not a lesson from a qualified coach, and it is not medical, physical therapy or fitness advice. Golf swings put load on backs, hips and wrists. If a drill hurts, stop doing it, and talk to a professional before making significant changes to how you move.
Your side of it
Upload only footage you have the right to upload, and only of people who are content to be filmed and analysed. You keep ownership of your video and your report; we do not claim any rights over them beyond what is needed to produce and deliver the report to you.
Do not attempt to break, overload or work around the service, and do not resell the reports as your own product.
Payment
The full plan is a single payment of $19.99 USD. There is no subscription and nothing recurring; you will not be charged again unless you buy another report. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Refunds
If the analysis is wrong or unusable, email support@flushdai.com and we will refund you. Tell us what looked wrong and we will look at your report ourselves. We would rather refund an honest complaint than argue about a $19.99 report.
Refunds are issued to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
Availability and expiry
This is a young product run by a small operation. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every video will produce a report, or that any particular measurement will be produced for a given clip - some footage simply cannot be read, and the honest answer in that case is to tell you so.
Reports expire 90 days after they are made, as described in the privacy policy. Download or screenshot anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with this service is limited to what you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, since it is not permitted to.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. Changes are not retroactive: the terms that apply to a report are the ones published when you bought it.
